Learn about the basics of fermentation with hands-on cooking and lessons. Together we will learn all about the magic of fermentation using food, microbes, and time to create delicious and sustainable treats. In this class, we will make and eat all sorts of fermented foods like pickles, natural soda, and sourdough bread. We will play with different cultures and fermentation types, find out about the role fermentation plays in all of our lives, delve into the environmental and social benefits of fermentation, and eat some fantastic ferments! Food autonomy for all!!  Let's get cooking!
