Running Club (Mondays)

Come run with us! We will learn all of the important components of distance running, including dynamic warm-ups, pacing runs, cool-downs, stretching, fueling for success, hydration, and more. Over the 8-week session, we will play running games, increase our endurance, and work towards completing a 5K fun run on our last day. Bring a water bottle and sneakers and get ready for some fun!
