“Growing Up Maine” is a collaborative project between Classical Uprising, a professional performing arts organization directed by Reiche parent Dr. Emily Isaacson, award-winning composer and co-founder of New Amsterdam Records, Judd Greenstein, and over 120 students from Reiche Community School. Last year, the 4th- and 5th-graders at Reiche wrote the lyrics and created album imagery for the project. Students in this afterschool class will prepare to sing, dance, and act in the World Premiere concert, perform on the studio recording, and curate the accompanying art exhibit and website.
